Rent One, a Midwest rent-to-own company based in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, continues to flourish, having recently completed alterations to two of its Arkansas stores.
The remodel of the Trumann, Arkansas Rent One furthers the company’s goal to have all 43 of it stores rebranded by the end of 2009. The new look includes a revised layout and enhanced product displays, providing customers with a better shopping experience.
“Our goal is to provide customers with more opportunities to interact with the products,” Rent One CEO Larry Carrico said. “We are also working to create consistency among our stores’ branding, and remind consumers that Rent One offers the latest and greatest in electronics, furniture, and appliances.”
The store celebrated its remodel with a ribbon cutting attended by officials from the local Chamber of Commerce.
The Walnut Ridge, Arkansas store also celebrated its new look with a ribbon cutting. In addition to changes to the aesthetics of the store, it also changed locations, moving just down the street and into Hoxie, Arkansas. The move provided an opportunity for the store to be rebranded, and it now includes a flat panel TV display wall and a computer display kiosk.
“Both our customers and employees are benefiting from the rebranding of our stores,” Carrico said. “The interiors are modernized, products are exhibited in more accessible displays, and our store environments are revitalized.”
