>A Manager In Training (MIT) is directly responsible to the Regional Manager for learning to operate a profitable, efficient, and organized store through effective use of personnel and company resources.
All duties are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures of SKC Enterprises, Inc. The Store Manager or Home Office staff member will inform the employee of any changes governing policies and procedures. Management is available for consultation when new or unusual problems arise
